All membership dues are payable in advance for a financial year in full and become due on the first of April each year and are payable before the end of May of the year.

Please attach a letter printed on your company letterhead stating your intent to join the RFIDAI, with the membership dues. The membership form should be completed to process the membership application.

Once processed the primary and alternative member will be notified.

Fees:-


Example: If you are an Indian company with annual revenues less than Rs.25crores, please send (Rs.5, 000 + Rs.5, 000 = Rs.10, 000), and you will be renewed at Rs.5, 000/ per year, subsequently.

Guidelines to follow-

Membership Application Form completed in all respects, (duly    signed and stamped).
Brief company profile on the company letterhead / printed    corporate brochure.
Balance Sheet of last financial year. Non-company may send any    other document to establish their identity. Start up companies are    required to attach a copy of their Project Report / Business Plan.
Certificate signed by the Company Auditor or Chief Executive    Officer (CEO) of the applicant or equivalent, stating their gross    turnover.

On accepting membership, you agree to abide by the byelaws of the association. You also agree to have your name issued in a press release issued by the RFID Association of India, individually or jointly with your company. You are in essence informing the industry at large of your membership to the association.


You also agree to have your corporate logo featured on the Association's website-www.rfidai.org.
